A Top Grain T1 just means that you have two T1 lines (from the same provider) who have joined together in a special way so that you can use a combined total of 3.0 Mbps Internet data, or 46 channels for voice / phone use. You can not bond with T1's if they are not delivered through the same.
If you have two T1's, unbonded, so can not use the full 3.0 Mbps of bandwidth at once. For example, if he did the speed test, do not you can get 3.0 Mbps, max you can download / upload at one time would be 1.5 Mbps, you even have two T1 s. I know it does not make sense because you think that the 1.5 1.5 = 3.0. That does not work like that. Unless you are a T Top Grain, you can use only 1.5 Mbps bandwidth that each line provides .... separately. You can do two tests download, download tests at different locations, and get a full 1.5 Mbps read every download site. But the bonds out there to take ISN way to get 3.0 Mbps test results. Thinking in the car: You can slow down or one of two Datsun Transportation 5.7 L Ram 4x4 with springs. Sometimes, two slow Transport is better than relying on a large 4x4 Ram, but not big and fast.
Unless there is doubt, and there is probally the best way to describe it, but the whole idea kitakupa.
You can bond very little with T1, you are not only two small back. The maximum size of about 4 s T1, although some have to go far as 8. However, if you exceed 4 ng Grain's T1 line make more sense to start looking at the fractional / burstable DS3. The decision was rather than relying on the eye's ability and cost-efficiency requirements in relation to the mind of the application (s).
Better you use a telecommunications consultant guide you through all your options for designing a network using a T1 line Grain. If you need more than what the Grain T1 line can provide .... such as fractions or management .... DS3 you also need to use srevices counselor. Many of the usual services at no cost to you .... and allows you to more effectively and efficiently find the best solution for a particular application (s).
